• Clean surface before application.
• Apply a generous amount of BLUE DRESS to a brush or terry/cotton applicator sponge.
• Apply generously to surfaces.
• Allow the BLUE DRESS to dwell for a few minutes.
• Wipe off excess with a dry microfiber towel to yield a more "satin" finish.

Step 1: Dilute Blue Dress with water with a 1:1 mix ratio with water. |

Step 3: Spray a generous amount of mixed Blue Dress onto applicator pad. |
Step 4: Spray mixed Blue Dress on tire if pre-coverage is necessary. |
